Floris Suite Hotel and Liv Curaçao Car Rental have been working together for a number of months in renting out the hippest cars on the island: The Fiat 500. Initially, two cars were rented, but due to the overwhelming interest there are now six cars in all colors of the rainbow.

Frank Holtslag, General Manager of Floris Suite Hotel has warm memories of the cars and is therefore very happy that he can now offer them at his hotel:

“The original version of the Fiat 500 was extremely popular in Europe in the 60s and 70s. My mother had about three in those years. The first was “powder blue” and the doors still opened to the front. I myself had a toy steering wheel that you could attach to the dashboard through a suction cup. As a child you have the illusion that you are actually driving. Last year I saw the cars driving on the island and I immediately contacted Liv Car Rental. That was the start of our collaboration. For me it is extra special that the cars are now at the hotel; this way the memory of my mother stays alive. “
