WILLEMSTAD- June 17, 2019 – Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB) is pleased to announce a new service from Trinidad & Tobago with Caribbean Airlines starting August 2, 2019.
The proposed schedule, subject to approval by the Trinidad & Tobago Civil Aviation Authority is a twice-weekly service on Mondays and Fridays. BW400 will depart Port of Spain, Trinidad at 11:55AM with the return flight BW401 departing Curaçao at 2:35PM.
The flights will provide Curaçao excellent connections to and from Barbados, Grenada, Guyana, New York and other destinations. These connections will open more possibilities for Curaçao to expand market-share and attract more visitors whether for business or leisure.
Ministry of Economic Development (MEO) initiated conversations with Caribbean Airlines regarding this flight one year ago and Curaçao Airport Holding (CAH), CURINDE, Curaçao Airport Partners (CAP) and Curaçao Hospitality & Tourism Association (CHATA) have all participated with CTB to make this a reality.
We look forward to welcoming Caribbean Airlines to Curaçao.
