Curaçao – Jack Hanna “Jungle Jack”, one of the most recognized authorities on wildlife conservation and habitat protection, and frequent guest on American TV talk shows and news programs, will make a special appearance on Thursday September 12 at L’Aldea Brazilian Restaurant for a Meet and Greet Event to benefit Parke Tropikal (our local zoo). Jungle Jack, host of several popular TV programs including “Jack Hanna’s Into the Wild” will appear on Thursday September 12, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:30pm. The evening will feature Jack Hanna and his wife Suzi Hanna. Get up close and personal with Jungle Jack and enjoy dinner at L’Aldea Brazilian Steakhouse! An experience you won’t easily forget. Jack Hanna explores the corners of the globe as one of the most visible and respected animal ambassadors in the world. His enthusiasm and “hands-on” approach to wildlife conservation has won him widespread acclaim as an author, television personality, conservationist, and director emeritus of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. Recognized as America’s favorite zookeeper, Jungle Jack is a dynamic orator who speaks across the country sharing fascinating and humorous stories and footage from his adventures. The Jack Hanna Meet & Greet Event on September 12 will support Parke Tropikal (our local zoo). “We are extremely proud and excited to have someone of Jungle Jack’s stature support the Curaçao Zoo”.  This event was made possible thanks to the support of the Curaçao Tourism Board in its efforts to promote the island, showcasing the beauties of the Curaçao on prime television.  Jack Hanna and his team will be in Curaçao filming new episodes for “JACK HANNA’S INTO THE WILD” a program transmitted on the ABC network.
